How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Everyone who contacts Parkingwrote Concrete should be treated fairly. If something did not go the way it should, please let us know. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You are welcome to write to us about:
- Your experience when calling or messaging Parkingwrote Concrete
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If something went wrong with work at your home, start by talking to the provider directly, and keep a written record.
Then tell us as well. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Please know that Parkingwrote Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, return money paid to a provider, or act for a provider.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@parkingwrote.homes and include:
- Your name and the easiest way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A short account of what happened and what outcome you hope for
After You Write
We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
Still Not Settled?
If our answer does not resolve things, reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. If the provider is licensed, your state contractor licensing board may be able to help.
